    Hi,

    Just a note to say thanks and "fair play" to John Mc on a stellar response to a TV issue. 

    I emailed him this morning as our TV died and 2 hours later I am assembling a loaner TV delivered by the man himself, John.

    Honestly this is perhaps the best customer service that I have received in a long long time and especially on Christmas eve.

    There where a lot of glum faces this morning as Santa is due to come with a WII and I have lots of kids due tomorrow. 

    Thanks John and enjoy your Christmas.

    That's so nice to hear, John and all his team have always looked after his customers so well. I have cables plastered in looking for speakers in the new year and know who I'll be calling 😀
