Biko - excessive and overzealous moderation

The thread in blogs regarding bloggers. The reasoning given for not naming bloggers is that they might complain about the negative comments made. Given that any other section allows naming (music, actors, sports, politicians) this position is already pathetic and silly, but this a new level of ridiculous.

I mentioned a blogger who herself posts on the thread and has repeatedly linked her boardsie name to her social media profile herself. Additionally my comment was positive.

Biko moderation is excessive overzealous and unreasonable. If a blogger had made a complaint about being referred to by name, fair call, but as she herself is present on the thread and it was positive/complimentary, bikos censorship is absurd and is strangling reasonable discussion.

Moderate is defined as 'avoiding extremes of behavior or expression', 'kept or keeping within reasonable or proper limits' yet Biko has adopted an extremist attitude towards censorship.

Can you please provide a link to the thread in question, & reference specific posts that you have issue with, or go against the forum charter that Biko & the forum mod team work to in keeping the forum on track.
