    Sorry Mods didnt know where to post this but having a lot of problems with my laptop ,i came across this on my laptopis zhpdiag-2016.11.28.232.exe is this harmfull,suspect,cheers....

    Have you run any scans on your laptop?

    Try Malwarebytes as a start. It's free. Do a full scan and follow the instructions.

    What version of Windows are you running?

    Scanned with malware anti malware,kaspersky that i run for my anti virus etc and Adwcleaner and running windows 10

    Thanks had a look at that link and one part of it asked.......Which Windows OS versions does it run on? Im running windows 10 and they didnt mention windows 10 only previous versions of windows,has me thinking.

    I don't think the version of Windows is important here. The program may have been released and reviewed by that site before Windows 10 was released. It gives instructions for removing it from Windows 8 which should be similar to Windows 10.

    It looks like a homemade version of Malwarebytes. Is probably ok but if you have MB installed, you don't need it and can remove it.

    Did you get some form of HP diagnostic update lately? Is it a HP?

    Seems to be prevalent in a lot of OEM laptop's, it may also be in Acer laptops and a few other brands also...
