First thing to do is check the time is correct on the timer. And that the the on & off timer settings are correct

Dont have a timer on it
Just a input and output dials with 1 to 6

Has to be a timer somewhere. Most likely at the fusebox

Is there a boost button on them.

Timer at board could be out but could also be timer at ESB meter.

Check timer and change if needed.

Had you an electrical outage at any time? Clock would have stopped and now be out of sync.

Does that mean it stops at 12? An 8 hour run.

Make sure night meter is running with them on or cost a small fortune.

Is the time clock sealed. Sometimes they are left open and you could fix it to correct time.

Check your electricity meter. There could be a clock on it. Perhaps that has gone wrong for some reason
