It's a mixture of both TBH, the "cream" who adapt to the conditions of each season, and also the lucky players.

Should be happy enough with that, but the last-minute captaincy switch from Ibra to Sanchez was a massive error.

Captain choice is just so huge, despite a 4 point hit and little else to shout as boutique I've seen a jump of nearly 30k and back to 30 odd thousand overall thanks to Ibra.
