    I've ended up with 2 tabs open, both in the virtual queue. No queue on the app though, it's still saying tickets aren't available.

    I was on the page with the countdown timer and clicked refresh at 8:58 and then got taken into the queue, if I had of clicked refresh at 8:57 would I have been earlier in the queue? :(

    I think it automatically puts you in the queue.

    From FAQ: ''If you bought tickets in the pre-sale and want to buy more in the general sale, you could have difficulties if you go over the ticket limit, and using a different means of payment is recommended.''

    I'd say if you stay under the 8 ticket total you should be okay.

    Yep. Ye shouldnt wait till 9, refresh from 8.55 (ish) on.
