Having a good broadband speed probably helps as well I'd say. I don't have fibre broadband so I am at a disadvantage.

two laptops, a phone, fibre connection, on before 9, nada!

It's fcukin' ridiculous. Have been waiting since 8.30. In queues, searching, "we were unable to process your request", proving I'm not a robot and finally a "sorry, no tickets from venue currently...".

And now looks like it has crashed.

Seatwave had 647 tickets for sale before 8.30am now 454 left and prices now soaring!
No 2nd date is going to be a disaster.
Even going 1 ticket there's nothing.

€230 for a standing ticket on ticketmaster tout site (Seatwave)

Joe Duffy should be good today .................

I know it's no secret that ticketmaster are a shower of c*nts but can anyone explain to me how it's legal for them to operate seat wave? On seat wave now you can purchase two standing seats for 460 quid. How is that legal?

That seatwave is an absolute disgrace. People buying tickets just to sell them and profit from them and all supported and aided by Ticketmaster.

That is absolute bull#### in fairness though.Everyone should get into the queue at the same time.

If everyone joined the queue at 9 am on the button, it would be extremely likely that the serve would crash. Starting the queue a few minutes earlier makes sense. Now you know, just dont make the same mistake for the next gig you want to go to.
I ain't no techie but surely once a significant number of punters cop that, a rush at 8.50am will crash the system anyways, no?

Seatwave are getting away with it so I wouldn't be blaming them for ripping people off its Ticketmaster that are the disgrace here.

Ticketmaster/Live Nation own Seatwave. It's basically all the one.
