    many thanks for your post - apologies if we missed your email - in the period since Black Friday we did miss some mails and apologies if yours was one of these.

    We will A L W A Y S price beat any cheaper price than us - there are of course some T's & C's - the main ones are that the product has to actually be in stock, be from an authorised dealer, be brand new and have broadly the same warranty terms as our own, if its from a UK site it must also include delivery.

    Once these T's and C's are okay we will price beat ANY cheaper Irl or UK store or site.

    Please take a moment to read the Charter for this forum, it is not appropriate to pitch in your opinion or advice to other Boardies on this forum -queries here are for Richersounds to deal with. I have snipped a part of your post above accordingly.

    If you have a query for RS then it is better to post it in a separate thread rather than in one where another Boardie is pursuing a query with RS. I have moved your post and Johns response to a separate thread. A quick read of the Charter will explain things clearly.

    The Pick-it MC-1 retail for the same money as Ortofons 2M blue and with the other one I will get the RCA cables as well.
