    HI I'AM A CUSTOMER OF BANK OF IRELAND, AND NEED SOME HELP! I'VE LOST MY IBAN AND BIC DETAILS ETC. AND ALSO HAVE FORGOTTEN MY DETAILS OF BANK 365 LOGIN. HOW EASY AND CAN YOU GET THESE DETAILS BACK

    To retrieve your 365Online login details please call BOI Direct on 0818 365 365 / +353 1404 4000 and a representative will be more than happy to assist you with this. Please ensure to your your debit card to hand when you call. Your IBAN and BIC are available at the top of any of your paper statements. If you only use estatements then once you're retrieved your online details, you'll be able to view these online.
