Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, I would like some feedback on my food /drink intake and areas which I can improve. I train about 5 days a week which includes gym and field sessions.

Morning: Weetabix/Porridge with seeds and fruit .

Mid Morning: Natural Yogurt apple, banana and some nuts.

Lunch: Rice /Pasta with salmon and broccoli.

    Afternoon: Pair and orange.

Before training.Rice cake with almond butter and banana.

After training. Omlette or scrambled eggs and more fruit. Protein shake or chocolate milk

I would drink about 6 cups of tea and 2-3 litres of water.

Hard to know without quantities if you're getting enough calories on board. I'd look at Greek yoghurt or a good Greek-style yoghurt with a decent level of protein for breakfast.

But ultimately you need to be getting enough to fuel all the training.
