Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just read an alert 'notice' from a feeds supplier I use, warning of Peanut Butter, and other nut butters, that use XYLITOL as a replacement for sugar - i.e nut butters with no sugar. Check the ingredients of your Peanut Butter for XYLITOL which this company say is dangerous to dogs. Apologies to mods if this is an inappropriate post - I dont know about the dangers of XYLITOL, but from what Ive read briefly tonight, it does seem to be pretty toxic for pets:

Scary stuff how easy it can be to give something to your dogs that is seriously harmful. I buy the Meridian peanut butter from the health food store, has no added salt or sugar, just 100% peanuts.

I have the excellent Meridian brand for us humans, but the dogs hate it and will only eat the junk-er brand . Next dog into this house will only know meridian! And yes acary, i did once look at buying sugar free peanut butter 😱

Lol my little guys will devour carrots like they're the best thing in the world, I guess it's lucky my big guy has only known the Meridian brand, because he is the type who would be selective if he knew there was a difference!
