Congestion on Eir's network starting again...

    For the last week, I've noticed low speeds/higher pings to servers at peak hours 7-11. 4k video also buffers on youtube and other streaming sites.

    Here's the result from Frankfurt, during the day  and after midnight it's full speed and 30 ping.

    I'm on 40/10 vdsl. This occurs during peak hours only.
