Are Fastway open today? It clearly states on their website that they are open for 'Normal Service' today but I have sent parcels with them before Christmas and they still have to be delivered. No updates this morning.
It also stated that they were open for 'Normal Service' on the 28th but none of my tracking details were updated on that day.

I have tried calling them today, numerous times but no answers in any of the offices or from the driver. It looks like packages handed to them before Christmas are going to be delivered after the New Year. Which is extremely annoying.
