    Is it possible to change the chainrings on my Ultegra 6800 crank from 52-36 to 53-39? Or will I have to buy a new crankset?

    All ultegra 6800 chainrings are 110BCD so you can just change the 53-39 for 52-36, it's not a big job if you have the tools.
