Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Listened to this on American news and thought it amazing that potentially, if you were being attacked at home, you could shout "Alexa" and she should start listening and recording.

It is interesting in that technology is increasingly being used to encroach into private lives by authorities and will continue to do so.
I think in a murder case, the recordings should be released to police.

Interested to hear the opinions of users here

Very interesting indeed. Wonder if Amazon will give up the data.

Surely it's no more peculiar than switching on a video recorder or for that matter dialing for the police?

    Do you work for Amazon?

Are you joking? In a murder investigation? A murder investigation you're asking that question?

I think I'd use my time plotting how to live to tell the tale myself...
