Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It's as easy as been able to say west ham got lucky with decisions

    Next question..

United benefitted more. I don't think anyone can argue with that.

I was wondering why the Pool fans were extra salty in this thread, and then I saw their result earlier. :D

No it's not. United got lucky today with decisions. There I just said it.

Fair play they probably deserved a bit of luck.

    Ooooh the mask is slipping...

What mask Flint? It was a bloody joke and I don't see how anyone could take it any other way.

For me De Gea was man of the match for no other reason than saving the one on one and allowing United not going behind. Big keepers save those big chances and help the team out massively. Although Herrera was a close second.

We were very very very very very very very very very very very very very lucky today

I wonder how much Ed gave Mick Dean? reckon about 3 million

West ham had 10 players on the pitch instead of 9

You can't say united benefited more...because you don't know what would have happened if all decisions were correct

Poor joke tbf... His reply to me even poorer. I wasn't trolling. Relax.

I thought it was quite a good joke since nearly every poster today mentioned the ref effected the game hugely.

Apologies for freaking out a bit. I probably jumped the gun a bit there!!

They shouldn't be. They're doing fantastic this season and should look to strengthening their squad in Jan to push for the title. Chelsea will slip up. City and Arsenal are tough to call.

I just hope this victory today pushes us on for a few cup wins and top 4 place.

Just on your post above about Liverpool, I don't see use signing many players in January, maybe 1 or 2 at the most although I think we need at the very least 2-3.

So far we have Matip, Gomez, Gruijic, Henderson and Counthio out injured. Sturridge also picked up a knock today. Mane is gone to AFCON aswell so we are very bare now.

Jesus the list of people missing is longer than I thought :(

So he should be so upset that Utd got three points away from home to West Ham however the cost?
This determines he has no class?

Absolutely, but would more than likely have won a well officiated game as well.

United did nothing wrong, and just reading some of the comments before my post you replied to, one would get the feeling that United fans should be apologising for winning.
It is not United's fault if the officials make mistake, all United can do is play their game and get the win, and that is what they did.
That is what I am talking about.
It is a classy attitude toward sport.

The christmas period is all about grinding out wins. Very little quality football is played during this period.

United have so many players who can score now its a relief from the last few years

Yes, but barney doesnt need to cheat. And he didnt years ago, nor last night. We all know what taylor is like, and Im happy he got knocked out...
The poster who said he doesnt care how utd wins. Not saying utd chaeted this evening.

Does that make sense to mick, has he cleaned up his mess yet?

    You're talking rubbish.

All fans care about is their team winning. They're not really supposed to think of what is fair or best for the game. Offaly won an a Leinster in 1997 and an all ireland 1998 with a bit of luck and I and everyone else in Offaly couldn't give a **** about it.This idea that fans should care about the way their teams wins is complete bull****.

United didn't cheat so what is your point???

I am pretty sure winding your opponent up on stage in Darts, a game which requires maximum concentration, regardless of the opponent is a lot less classier than being happy your team won, even if they didn't play so well (especially given they didn't play so well)

I am not sure how you can have a snipe at someone for not having class regarding sports after that comment was exposed!

    You are only digging now!

    Nonsense.
Now nothing to do with utd v west ham match, but most fans would not be happy with their team/sports star cheating to win.
And to say you are, well then, drugs, pay offs etc, would that be ok? No, most sane fans would agree.

Man Utd didn't cheat. They just benefited from some bad refereeing.

There is a big difference between the 2

    Again, never said utd did.
Well if you watch darts, you'd know taylor lost it with barney a few years ago, with celebrations and beating him out the gate. No cheating.

So what exactly is your point in relation to comments from a Man Utd fan not caring about how they won tonight.

Sounds like you're just trying to pick a fight for the sake of it.

You wanted a player to beat a player by "going mad" and called said latter player a "pr*ck"..............and then you called the poster classless after saying, effectively, he is just happy they won, despite the performance!

    Give up!

Nope, the comment of bringing my darts comment into play was obtuse, and not understood, and then utd fans start the messing. Headshot etc, so I had to explain myself.

So calling a darts player a pr1ck is not hypocritical and misunderstood, while you're giving out about the context in which a united supporter said he's glad they won without any vulgarity.

    Right you are.
