He wants the draft to go Hollywood and wants more A listers like him to be drafted.
So thats right, its the celebrity round. In this round normal draft rules apply, but you may also draft celebrities that have popped up in the wrestling world from time to time to your roster. So basically, for this round only, celebrities who have been involved with the eligible promotions are eligible too.

Wendle's cut, Ralph is cut, Milhouse....he's cut.... and you better believe Lewis is cut. And yes, Homer is so drunk with power, he wants part of the rules of the draft cut too.
So what does that mean for the draft .... well the following rules are cut and gone from the draft from the remaining rounds...
World Titles rule is now cut for this round only, - previously IWGP and TNA titles were no longer considered world titles, now all world titles are gone. So when picking a tag team, the world titles rule is now completely gone. Feel free to draft a tag team with a world champion (or 2) in them.
The Tag Team limit rule is now cut - well in a way, the tag team limit is now raised from 5 to 7 tag teams per roster. Now you may draft more as that limit is lifted. So if you already drafted 5 tag teams..... its ok now as you may draft some more if you wish.
Intergender tag team rule..... oh thats cut too for this round only. - So if you wanna draft a tag team that has one male and female member, you may do so now in round 10 only.
