I have an unlocked HTC One M9, I had an Eir sim, everything was working perfect on that. Yesterday I got a new 3 sim as they have all you can eat data. It says mobile data is turned on but "disconnected" and when I try access the APNs it says "access point name settings are not available for this user"
I switched back to my Eir sim, and I can access APNs so I added the 3 apn and turned it on and switched to the 3 sim but no joy.

I'd appreciate any help ðŸ˜Š

Have you tried sending the correct settings to the phone?
