Left cash in BOI ATM

    Hi

    I withdrew 60e yesterday but never picked it up out of the machine . Will the cash get back into my account automatically ?

    Good Afternoon rodneyTrotter.

    Thank you for getting in contact with us here today. 

    When you make a withdrawal at an ATM and the notes are not collected and taken back into the machine, the debit on your account should correct itself one the ATM updates tonight. 

    If this does not happen, please send a secure email via the Service Desk under 'Ask a Question' while logged into 365Online. A representative can then raise an ATM retrieval request on your behalf to have this investigated further.
