Hi all, We have a Tracker mortgage (PTSB)and had started a self build property before the regulations changed. We now have an offer on our house and are wondering if there are any other banks offering Tracker Mortgages? PTSB had offered to let us move our Tracker for an extra 1% on top of the ECB so we'd be going from…

Hi all, We have a Tracker mortgage (PTSB)and had started a self build property before the regulations changed. We now have an offer on our house and are wondering if there are any other banks offering Tracker Mortgages? PTSB had offered to let us move our Tracker for an extra 1% on top of the ECB so we'd be going from 1.25% to 2.25% at today's rate.
