    When I switched over to electric Ireland for my electricity we were given 150 euro credit as part of the package. First bill arrived today but no sign of 150 euro credit?

    • Your full name as it appears on your Electric Ireland account
    • Your Electric Ireland account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth as they appear on your Electric Ireland account
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
