Good Letting Agent in Cork

    Hi,
    Can anyone recommend a good letting agent in Cork city/Carrigaline area? I have been managing my rental property myself for the last few years but I am living a good distance away now so I'm thinking of getting an agent to handle it.

    I used <mod snip> when I rented out my house. Was smooth enough and no problems at all. They managed the property and did quarterly inspections and the rent went into my account. Can't remember what they charged but it was worth it!
