Sources for new Frame

I'm half looking for a new frame, I remember there was a thread a year or two ago which gave a couple of more esoteric sources in Germany/Holland including some unused ex team bikes. I've tried looking but I just cant find it. Any other ideas would be appreciated, Frame and forks only size 56.
