Hi,
I had some construction work done 4 years ago and recently discover a structural defect as a result of that work.

I've tried to contact my builder at the time to request a remedy, but no response (though I know he is still in business).

I want to put it to his insurance company at the time. However, though I have the insurance policy number, I don't know which insurance COMPANY it is. Is there any way to figure it out? The policy number in prefixed with LIA.LIU , anybody recognise this prefix or know if it identifies the insurance company any way?
