Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

switch user on laptop option

I have 2 laptops both with windows 10. The newer one allows me to switch user by clicking an arrow beside where the password should be entered when the other account is on the screen (my OH was last on it) and I chose my user account, no hassle. With the other laptop, this doesn't work, it keeps prompting sign in details.…

I have 2 laptops both with windows 10. With the other laptop, this doesn't work, it keeps prompting sign in details. There is no icon anywhere to allow me to get back to my account so I can't get into the computer. On the surface both home screens are set up identically. Help?
