Campus accommodation, deferred place last year

Does anyone know if you can get allocated campus accommodation if you have a guaranteed place on your course? My daughter deferred her place last year because she couldn't get accommodation, but obviously knows now that she has her place in UCC, so will they facilitate those students in advance of the lottery system? We really don't want her to miss out this year.
