    I haven't got a f***ing clue and don't think I'll be any wiser when it's over.

There musicians and brothers from Kerry. They have been on TG4.

Brendan and Séamus Begley. Two legends of Irish traditional music. You obviously live under a rock, they are regularly on television.

They're from Clare. Begley and Cooney, would be Seamus Begley and Steve Cooney.

They most certainly are not. They are West Kerry men.

I live above a rock on poor unfertile soil.

It's not my type of music, so I would probably have switched over if I seen it on.

Pretty cool in fairness, their voices work so well together.

The make a change from the usual suspects you have on these type of shows.

Tiernan is obviously familiar with the lads, but he doesn't make any effort to provide the uninformed viewer wih any trigger of interest or context. Very disappointing effort.

    They are from Kerry.

    (no disrespect to Clare)

    Is there much to know?

They're traditional musicans, playing traditional music.

Always thought Seamus Begley was from Clare.

This show is a total set up. Tiernan 100% is aware of the guests coming up, his questions and anecdotes specific to the guests are well rehearsed.

Anyone who thinks otherwise is a fool.

It's entertaining television regardless of if he knows or not.
