    hi guys

bit of an odd ball question here. if I had a webpage say a landing page called "sellyourhome.ie" for examples sake, and people looking to sell their homes contacted me, and I then referred them to a registered property agent of my choosing,

would I have to be registered with the PSR or anyone like that?

The website landing page would be advertised to get leads of people who want to sell, and the leads would be passed on to an agent.

I am not too interested in what you think of the business idea as I have given little away, just more interested in your thoughts in regards having to be a registered agent.

Not asking for legal advice as always I would get this offline.
