land rental prices - hillside and commonage

    Hi to all,

    Just wondering what the going rate for hillside agricultural land would be in Connemara? Suitable for sheep only!

    60 acres all fenced with sheep wire
    majority shareholder in 300 acres commonage all fenced

    Any feedback would be good as I am hoping to keep a few acres myself and lease the rest out on 10 year lease..
