Handlebar bag with phone/map holder

What's a reasonably good handlebar bag with phone/map holder? Buying a small pressie on Amazon and could get it up over the free shipping price with one.

Might be too late for this present buying, but a lot of handlebar bags interfere with a handlebar mounted headlight

This is true and my handlebar bag even interfered with my fork crown mounted headlamp until I replaced the lamp bracket with a lower one.

The handlebar bag itself has a strap for a clip-on front light but that would just be a 'see me' flasher, not a see the road headlamp. I have added a DIY handlebar extension to one fork leg to carry an auxiliary headlamp in case of dynamo failure or extreme low speed. Modelled on this Topeak one but using galvaband, a short length of Qualpex pipe and a bolt.
