Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

    I have been qualified a year. I would like change from practice (it's small to medium practice I am in) but unsure what my options are. Can anybody offer advices?

    Loads of options. Demand is extremely high for newly qualified accountants. Some jobs require Big 4 experience so some people from a smaller practice like to go to the Big 4 to get it onto their CV for a year but in the current job market there probably isn't a need.

    Thanks jonnybravo. I have been in the one practice since I started out so a bit oblivious to all else out there. What's the difference between working in industry and working in financial services?
