External 4g antenna with 3 Huawei Modem

    HI all
    I have a 3 mobile Huawei-B593 router

    I was wondering if i could connect an external outdoor 4g antenna to the ports in the back to improve my atrocious internet at home

    Do i just need to mount the antenna and connect it to the router ,or is another piece of hardware required , like power supply
    Any advice is greatly appreciated

    Theres no power supply required....just connect it and face it towards the relevant mast if it's a directional antenna...
