Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone currently using either of these gyms, any posts I could find are several years old. Does it get very busy? What is it like after 7pm? Are the trainers good? Is it clean, etc etc...

I have a couple of injuries so really need to go somewhere I can rely on the trainers not to make the situation worse

If you have specific issues such as working around injuries, it's probably not a good idea to expect a gym instructor on minimum wage to programme for you. Unless you were talking about going the personal training route

Hi, yes, I would definitely go for a private trainer, that's why I'm wondering if they are any good...

I was with energie in Park West a couple of years ago and they were terrible. The instructors don't care, unless your an attractive female. The staff are incredibly rude and it is not clean. Worst gym I ever went to

    Where do you go now?

Somewhere more local where they sorted out a routine around my injuries, instead of just telling me to use a machine
