Rules around vacant possession

    If a landlord requires vacant possession of a property to perform work, is he/she required to allow the sitting tenants back into the property once this work is completed (assuming the property is intended to be let again) or is the property seen as vacant once the tenants have left ?

    Must give them first refusal I believe.
