    I just got a new spinning bike and I was wondering do any of you use and YouTube vids to follow or which are the best ones.

    GCN (Global Cycling Network) do some good follow along vids on their youtube channel. Sufferfest is app based training vids - mostly for use with a turbo but easily doable with a spinning bike
