Decent chance of snowfall for Dublin soon, not expecting much accumulation.

I know what some would like on Sky TV, all their channels and all they would need to do is have a snow channel.

We had our first snow shower here in Waterford City a while ago. Only lasted a few mins but nice to see. We are looking at what's currently North of Limerick for our next chance

forecast for the rest of the evening, piss poor.

Cold this evening, with clear spells and scattered showers of rain, hail, sleet and snow, some of them heavy and thundery, mainly in Atlantic coastal counties. Windy, with strengthening northwesterly winds.

    Tonight

Tonight will be very cold, with a mix of clear spells and further scattered showers, some falling as sleet and snow, the showers most frequent in Ulster, Connacht and west Munster. Breezy, with moderate to fresh northwesterly winds. Lowest temperatures minus 1 to plus 1 Celsius, with frost and a risk of icy patches.

Aye, bit of juice in it too, could make an interesting last hour of the rush in north and west Dublin. Lamp post goggles engaged here in Dub 15 anyway.

Quite heavy snow in Kinnegad, sticking to the road/grass this time, the last shower just stuck to cars.

The low pressure has arrived into Donegal.
I highlighted it in the radar image.
You can clearly see the rain/snow bands spiralled around it.
    Nice to see.

Be interesting to see if the band following retains enough moisture, chance of a top up.
