temps risen here, our dusting of snow is melting and the next shower is over us and is falling as rain. That was probably the most snow i'll see all winter!.
Not a million miles from you here just south east of Enfield and it's holding steady at -0.3°

I'm giving up in limerick city anyway. When the biggest shower we had all day arrived it poured rain.

Enormous amounts of lying snow on the ground here that stuck... I'm a bit surprised at the rest of the country not getting much. It's like everest there's so much snow here now.

    Here??

Yeah showers not strong enough to dump anything.

Seems to be some coming our way in the next half hour on the radar

    Any pics?

Warmed up to 5C in Donegal so everything's just falling as rain now with a few hailstones in the mix. Complete non event here, even more so than I expected, was at least hoping for some nice prolonged thundery hail showers but they've just been light to moderate all day

Nothing happening now in North West Cork, 300m ASL. Small bits on the roadsides and fields but minimal overall.
All stopped south of Mallow too - bitterly cold though. Looking at RainToday radar we should be seeing another few showers soon though.

GFS has a smaller warmish sector moving down associated with that trough. Looks like cooling down again shortly afterwards

For anyone wondering why there is slight temp rise , the end is not nigh

That would explain the sleety rain then near mallow.

Well we have a flurry sticking here in roundwood, so if it made it up and over the mountains this far, hard to see the Dublin side not seeing anyway.

    How is roundwood now?

I think it will be sleety rain due to a warm sector.

We are about 650ft ASL so it will be interesting to see what falls.

+0.5c here in Roundwood. Not much snow, just the odd flurry but whatever we do get is sticking.

Decent coating in Naas. Snowing again now

Still snowing across the border in S Limerick, we'd be a bit more elevated. Completely blanketed now.
