Bottom bracket advice

I'm going mad here trying to work out bb compatibility. Got an fsa gossamer bb386 pro the other day.

Is it compatible with
A) fsa bb-6000 megaexo
and
shimano bb-r60 ultegra (if so any drag issues)

Both the BB's you've linked there seem to me to be for hollowtech 24mm axle cranksets, the fsa gossamer is a 30mm axle so won't fit those.

What BB is on your bike?

Have to say any bb issues in the future will be dealt with by the lbs
