Hi, I'm just wondering what the process is once you've been approved for a mortgage and the HTB will be making up the balance of your deposit. In order to claim the HTB you need to have contracts signed but i've heard stories where the bank will not issue contracts until the full balance is there for deposit so the potentioal buyer is stuck in a loop between the bank and revenue. Any help would be appreciated
