I see work has finally started on this (some dispute over land at the new car park).

Should be great addition to a great pub and restaurant.

All construction work has stopped on the brewery and car park; nothing has happened on this site for the last 3 weeks. All the heavy machinery has been removed.

There was a lot of rock breaking undertaken on site.

This is an ideal time to be doing construction work - rather than messing in the rain and muck in the Winter.

There is an article in the North County Leader regarding the Old School House development:

Jason Lawlor purchased the Old School House in November '16.

The new bar, with a capacity for 750 patrons, will open in September '17.

There will be a new micro brewery in the new building.

The new building could operate as music venue with a max capacity of 350 patrons.

The photo included in the article includes an executive from Macron Capital -
no details are included in the article regarding their involvement. There are pictures of the development on the Macron Capital website.
