Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What's Ogle done now? Awful man.

Did you not hear the news??? His Unite Union selling big premises in town and avoiding requirement for social housing while the Brendan chap was up in Apollo House :)

What's Ogle done now? Awful man.

His unite union had applied for an exemption, (at least 3 times in the past), to provide social housing in their development of their old HQ, a building that has been empty for 3 years.

The most recent it was granted the day before he broke into the place in the city centre as a publicity stunt.

I wonder did the first employer get somebody else to ring him to offer him the job, with a view to getting shot of him without having pay him off?

Sounds about the level of competence displayed by them.
Meanwhile, the FAS directors were off junketing in the Bahamas and New York.

In my limited experience working with a band, they have nothing to do with ticket sales. The band negotiate a FEE with the promoter. The promoter deals with the venue, promotes and sells tickets and pay the band the agreed fee.

Maybe so, but a plonker like Bono who seems to have an opinion on EVERYTHING should ensure that this doesn't happen to HIS fans.

There are 4 name changes I can think of for FAS/Solas.
    Manpower
    ANCO
    FAS
    Solas

This is the case...but if it were any other topic Bono would be on his butterbox shouting to anybody who'd listen to him.

Fair play to Joe. I suppose the next logical step for Liveline was to attempt to have people's free will revoked.

A lot of the people calling up giving out about wills haven't sounded like they give much of a damn about the land either to be honest - more so concerned with the monetary value attached to it.
