Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have not in 20 years heard 1 person tell me they had a good experience in the public health system.
I have no complaints. Sure, it would be nice to walk in and get seen to right away, and waiting lists to be a thing of the past, but hey-ho life isn't like that.
I'd like to see more efficiency in the structure, sure, but it works quite well in the South East. I'd probably have more to complain about in other areas of the country.

Dublin Fibregade votes for strike action...
DUBLIN FIRE BRIGADE members have voted overwhelmingly in favour of strike action.

The workers were balloted on the action over the last month, with 81% of the roughly 800 members voting.

A double-decker bus pulls up in the library car park.
Some totty is hanging around, wanting to give you the good news.
    So, do you...
    1. Run away
    2. Buy a packet of Durex
    3. Fish out your reading glasses.

I often staggered out of The Plough and ended up looking at the stars from the gutter.
