Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

is that the names of the chislers of 16 on the post-it notes behind him?

Yeah, complete with a large scale map on the table that he drew himself "as nobody had a decent one for sale" (his words).

Totally fake, forced grimace of seriousness on his face, whilst all he can think of is the dosh and the €50,000 tax break.

Might be a good smith, though.
I'd say to him, just get on and do it - if there's no apprenticeship available, thousands of smiths were self-taught in times past, and there is no shortage of courses in smithing / forge-work / foundry craft.
