Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What did he expect living over a pub in a busy city street in Dublin?

    Stupid caller, move on Damo!

    The loud music attracts drunks.
It's like an audio version of a bug zapper.

Why doesn't he take his case to court to have the pub license amended?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 6,869 ✭✭✭PeterTheNinth

Did the landlord pull shutters down over the pub when he was viewing it.

Why don't you just move buddy?

Because it's dirt cheap as no one else would be silly enough to rent above a pub.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,529 ✭✭✭Mike Guide 69

The ghost of Lino Richie in the backround there.......

RTÉ lost €20 million last year, it's actually losing more than Bus Eireann is and feck all mention of it.

They didn't lose it (it was just resting in the accounts of their biggest stars :p)

I wonder what the caller expected to achieve by ringing liveline?

Have the liveline team demolish the pub building down stairs?

So, in a hard to rent a place area, you got this place relatively cheaply and quickly, and you never wondered why?

this is like moving next to an airport, then ringing up about the noise of planes taking off and landing. that's how airports make money, and pubs tend to make more money when they are busy !!
