Have used the carpark in Ballincollig many times. Just read the sign. The car park is for the customers of businesses in the square. I make a point of reading the sign and make a mental note of the time. About 20 minutes was the longest I parked there...and I didn't leave the square so to speak. Think it's a private car park for the customers of the Square only..not for running to the bank/postoffice etc. on the Main Road with is outside the ' compound' so to speak.

I used to work in Pharma and we sold some products for dat so to speak and we had a dedicated rep for old folks homes.
