Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Flicked on the phone to tune in to Lahvlahn and my chosen media player automatically opens up the last piece of media I consumed; The Walking Dead.

    Apt.

B0110x to this - I'm off back to The Walking Dead.

Its feckin pathetic the way people still cling to the rotten corrupt church despite everything that has gone on.

Thats something I often wonder about.

If you believe in the "message" of any religion, do you stick with that?

If you had a magic wand and religion was to disappear. People are still capable of this type of behaviour.

I think even Joe is getting bored with this fella.

He wants to get back to people who saw bodies/corpses/bones/remains.

He should give the gabby one behind him a slap.

I'm weighing up whether it's worth listening to an hour of static in the hope of picking up some DX CB from the Canaries.
    It's a close-run thing.

Why didn't Joe have all these people on before the report was released. Did he need the backing of the Government before he was brave enough to cover the topic. And him giving us the Edmund Burke line earlier

No solicitor being engaged to sue the Mother who put her in there....

but of course, no taxpayer funds to pay her off so easier to sue the state

Loads of compo claims waiting in the wings

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,886 ✭✭✭✭Roger_007

When I hear people blaming the 'state', I'm reminded of a story about Jesse James. When he was asked why he robbed banks, he replied "because that's where the money is".

That why everyone blames the state!

Finding an old disused massive septic tank under teh garden might be handy, though.
