    There a worsening in animal welfare because recession-dogs are getting abandoned as people go back to work and don't have time for them anymore.

    Also, a certain ethnic minority are pretty much allowed to do whatever the hell they want with their animals and it's up to rescues to pick up the pieces afterward. The lack of consequences is making this situation spiral out of control.

    In the CBL show yesterday they said the charity had exported horses and dogs to the UK with no passports, something highly illegal.

    Not forgetting the morons who buy a new cockapoo every xmas and throw the old dog in the pound. They should be banned from owning dogs again.
