Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ah hang on, I would have no problem with this guy getting free travel.

Its the pensioners who pull up in their Mercs to the station and travel around the country for free along with all the scummers who travel the country drinking cans of dutch gold that I have an issue with.

Joe is a public sector worker. Why can't he read out public sector press releases?

Because he knows everything coming out of the public service is BS

So there was a fault... that gives this guy the right to hit the emergency button..

And this guy has decided it was the "cutbacks" ... somebody should call the hyperboly police and have him arrested.

poor Joe, having to read out the statement.

Now he knows how the RTE intern feels when apologies have to be read out on air due to his biased broadcasting. No right of discussion with RTE either, no PR person on to discuss their bias.

I've used the dart/ Maynooth line daily for 15 years, I can count on one hand the amount of wheelchair users I have seen yet all the stations had millions spent on updating. I'm not sure what the answer is

Maybe and he's entitled to a free pass but he shouldn't necessarily expect the system to run entirely to his needs and satisfaction.

Ask the taxi driver does he have a "full time taxi driver" or a tricolour flag stuck to his sign. Him being from across the water.

    Beaumont caller not "the Beaumont"

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,723 ✭✭✭An Claidheamh

But the Dublin buses are made in Sweden.

They're Volvo, and they are supposed to have a lift for wheelchair users.
Not entirely Dublin bus' fault they sometimes have technical faults.

Bus Éireann I understand don't have these lifts.

Trains have a man put a ramp to get wheelchair users in the train and I believe there is space for users on the train.

What colour was the bus stop caller, or indeed what colour was the bus, so to speak.
