Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    According to the Indo

    http://www.independent.ie/business/irish/rich-list-2015/profiles/eileen-monahan-31046176.html

Sligo-based Monahan (66) is one of the heirs of the Doyle hotel fortune. She owns a 25pc stake of the hotel firm and has shared in €880m worth of dividends following its €1.2bn takeover and asset sale. With husband Ray, she owns the Terramonti Vineyard near Nimes in the south of France. Son Neil runs the Monti property business, which has €300m worth of assets.

The Monahans’ portfolio includes developments in Szczecin and Poznan in Poland, London, Dublin and a shopping centre in Sligo. They own the landmark Hargadons pub in Sligo. Monahan is also involved in Greenwest Property development, which owns the €40m Certus building on Dublin’s St. Stephens Green. Asset values have risen sharply.
