Final bill - can't log in to pay

    I have moved to Sky Fibre from eir ADSL and have received e-mail notification of my (presumably) final bill. However when I log in to my eir to pay it, a message says that "Your eir account is either ceased or is being moved to eir Fibre". While this is correct, it doesn't give me an option to pay. What can I do?

    Thanks for getting in touch. 

    I'm afraid once your account is cancelled you would be unable to log into your myeir. Can you PM me your name & account number & I will arrange for your bill to be sent to you. :)
